This 6-week experiential program integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP), Neuro-Somatic Dynamics (NSD), HeartMath coherence, breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices to help individuals and teams move from stress and reactivity into self-leadership, flow, and resilience.

The Daily Prevention Plan (Take-Home System)
Participants leave with a personalized daily practice, including:
